What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7:00–9:00 AM on weekdays, and 7:00–10:00 AM on weekends.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM (early check-in available on request), and check-out is until 10:00 AM (late check-out available on request).

Is there free WiFi?

Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes, we offer free parking for our guests, subject to availability. Free parking is also available 100 meters away at the Csillagvár Center – please ask our reception staff for assistance.

What is the cancellation policy?

For most of our offers, you can cancel your reservation free of charge at least 3 days before arrival. If you cancel within this period, the first night’s rate will be charged; if you cancel on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged. For discounted, non-refundable rates, the reservation cannot be modified or cancelled, and the full amount is payable.
